Our costs are also competitive because we have been optimizing our IT services monitoring and coordination for more than a decade. As a result, we have a set-up that only needs management interventions on an exception basis.
Easy quotes
Quotes for all selfoss services are managed through this portal, whether we’re offering a quote or you’re accepting it. Even if you’re also communicating with us via email, we update the portal to reflect your pricing and acceptance.
All quoted services and prices are formalized in a legally binding contract.
We use centralized billing for all selfoss charges, regardless of the country of service delivery. In other words, one central billing address is used for all invoices.
Pricing structure
Ticket-based services
Ticket-based services are charged on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis. This means the number of hours a technician works on a ticket is multiplied by a contractually agreed rate.
We ensure that technicians report time worked in the correct way. And we do the same for technicians’ reported travel time. Upon providing a quote, we specify an estimated average travel time. The T&M rate includes our management cost.
Schedule-based services
Schedule-based services are charged every month, on a per-day basis. Travel charges do not apply, as these are included in the rates. We ensure that technicians attend your sites according to the agreed schedules.
Ad hoc services
Ad hoc services are typically quoted on a time-and-materials basis. These T&M rates are typically higher than those for ticket-based services. This reflects the higher management effort required to analyze and coordinate the specific requirements of your ad hoc request. If technicians perform work outside of regular business hours, extra uplifts will apply.
A small activation charge applies when services are ordered for a customer site that didn't have services before. This charge is normally invoiced upfront and must be paid prior to the start of service delivery.
